    The secrets crushes, the hidden grudges, the triumphs, and the horrors: #DearDiaryPDX takes the writing you vowed you’d never show anyone, and turns it into an improvised show!

    Our April diarist is stand-up comic, improviser, writer, actor, and storyteller, Katie Nguyen! Katie has been featured in The New Yorker and on LiveWire. She hosts the weekly show Earthquake Hurricane and has twice been named one of the Portland Mercury's Geniuses of Comedy. At Dear Diary, Katie will be digging out her LiveJournal to inspire a spontaneous, hour-long show from our cast of improvisers.

    Improvisers include Kickstand CVLT house players Natalie Haddad (Show Ridiculous), Katie Kester (Show Ridiculous), Emily Maverick Shankman (Squatters Improv), Lauren Sinner (Night Cheese), Emilie Sites (Papa? Improv) and Anne Zander (Le Why Not Productions).
