Kickstand Comedy and Le Why Not Productions Present: Dear Diary! The secrets crushes, the hidden grudges, the triumphs, and the mortification: Dear Diary takes the writing you vowed you’d never show anyone, and turns it into an improvised show! Featuring music that will take you back to a time you’d almost forgotten and the real-life teen writing that we wish we could forget, this formidable group of improvisers takes cringingly hilarious material and expands it into a world of angst, drama, and over-the-top emotion. Our March diarist is comedian, actor, writer, podcaster, producer and award-winning filmmaker, Shannan Hunt! Hunt produces Synchro-Niss With Me and the 5-years-strong Comedy at Kelly's Olympian, and you may have seen her work on IFC.com, Laweekly.com or Bust.com. At Dear Diary, she will share writing that has never been seen to inspire a spontaneous, hour-long show.
